The Blog Post

Sometimes it's difficult for me to write on behalf of MRC members, since I am not actually one myself. I have the benefit of help from people all over the organization bringing anything useful to my attention, but I don't have the first-hand experience that comes from actually being a member. Because of this, I get pretty excited when I hear about member blogs. It means that someone else is doing what I'm not able to do by bringing the member experience to anyone that wants to learn about it, and I can host a growing community of bloggers.

I hope nobody minds me finger-pointing a little, but there are two great blogs by MRC members that give an idea of what life is like inside of the classroom, and they are both permanently linked on the side of the page on this blog. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in learning about the MRC or just interested in seeing what goes on at other sites.

If either of these blogs inspires you, I urge you to start your own - having a network of opinions and different points of view is great for other members. This is a great way to get to know other members from all over the state.
